An Interview with playwright Eddie Coleman

Award-winning playwright, Eddie Coleman’s ‘Fan Girl’ is set to appear on stage in no less than ten days’ time.

It is a one-woman comic drama about Geraldine, who is an absolute fan of a fictional US TV series, Zenobia. The play is set in Leeds, where she attends the first-ever Zenobia fan convention, fully kitted out in her Zenobia costume to emulate her tv heroine. We follow her as she journals this weekend, which is packed with laughter, melancholy, and some cringe-worthy moments that we can all relate to.
